It was a massive honour for Mark Smith our founder last week who received an accolade from the Ukrainian Embassy in London for the volunteer work that he has undertaken with Grimsby Aid to Ukraine.
Mark was delighted to have been invited to a formal dinner by the embassy, and was stunned when they presented him with a medal and certificate as thanks for his hard work and dedication. Mark said "this is an amazing gesture, one I will treasure forever" he went on to say "this award is for all of our volunteers and our donors, without whom none of this would be possible! Slava Ukraini"
